Job Description:Process customer orders for e-learning and social community via email, phone, or online platforms.Respond to inquiries about courses, pricing, and registration.Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM or databases.Prepare sales reports and enrollment statistics.Support the sales team with scheduling and document management.Assist with payments, invoicing, and billing inquiries.Manage course materials inventory (if needed).Ensure compliance with company policies and data security regulations.Job Qualifications:High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field preferred.1-2 years of sales support or administrative experience, preferably in education or e-learning.Proficient in English, both written and spoken.Strong multitasking and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data management and reporting.Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and improve processes.
