We simplify the technology supply chain, through strong and meaningful relationships.We work with some of the world's leading IT/AV brands, like Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, Synology, BenQ, Nvidia, Fujitsu, 3M, and others and you will be engaged to promote industry leading products to Australia’s best-known businesses.This is a full-time role working within our sales team, you will be eager to learn on the job, to gain essential industry knowledge and skills and to build strong working relationships with our customers and in house teams.The key responsibilities for this position are:Manage incoming phone calls, communications and emailsProcessing of sales orders and quotationsAct as a liaison between customers and the sales team, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions and other relevant dataWork closely with sales representatives, providing administrative support and ensuring a seamless flow of information between various departmentsContacting customers with dormant or low yield accountsSkills and experience required:Previous experience working in a customer service/sales environmentA strong desire to achieve customer satisfactionA high level of accuracy and attention to detailWell-developed IT skills, using Microsoft Office products and ERP systemsConfidence in dealing with people both face to face and on the phoneInitiative, drive and a willingness to be an active member of the teamStrong communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsAPPLY NOW! if you want to work for a dynamic, progressive business that is committed to its staff and customers.
