Our dedicated leadership and teaching teams focus on quality teaching, inclusion, and continuous improvement, ensuring students are engaged, challenged, and supported to achieve their best.About The RoleYou will manage both accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, assist with payment plans and the Student Resource Scheme, and provide guidance on financial processes, all while helping the school operate efficiently and effectively.Your ResponsibilitiesAs the Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Process invoices, purchase orders, corporate card and charge accounts into the OneSchool system in an accurate and timely manner.Monitoring outstanding accounts and following up on overdue payments.Reconciling accounts payable and receivable transactions and resolving discrepancies.Maintaining supplier and debtor records and responding to related queries.Assisting families with payment plans, Centerpay, fee queries, and financial information in a professional and supportive manner.Ensuring compliance with all Department of Education financial policies and internal procedures.Providing general finance and administrative support to the Business Manager as required.
