Premium Strata is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, has strong communication and coordination skills, and enjoys balancing executive support with hands-on operational and administration responsibilities.As a key member of our team, you'll ensure the CEO is prepared and informed for all priorities by handling high-level correspondence, diary management, and research tasks. You’ll also provide personal assistance on private matters and help oversee team members who report directly to the CEO. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive and Personal Support Manage CEO’s diary, correspondence, and high-level communicationResearch and prepare briefings, reports, and meeting documentsSchedule and coordinate executive and client meetingsAssist management with strategic projects and company-wide initiativesHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretionOrganise both business and personal appointments for the CEOManage personal projects on behalf of the CEOClient Support & Business DevelopmentAct as the first point of contact for new client enquiries and qualify leadsCoordinate initial calls and site inspections for the CEOPrepare proposals and support the onboarding of new managementsRespond to customer queries and escalate issues where requiredOther tasksPrepare team meetings, town hall presentations and training materialsDevelop and format training documents, webinars and PowerPoint presentationsAssist with the implementation of new processes and procedures as directed by the CEOSupport corporate events, sponsorships and functions involving the CEO What We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years’ experience as an EA or PA, ideally supporting senior or executive-level leadersProven experience supporting executives and/or coordinating complex projectsExcellent communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonalStrong organisational and time management abilities, with exceptional attention to detailConfident handling competing priorities and deadlinesTech-savvy with software knowledge Professional, proactive, discreet, and solution-focusedKnowledge of Strata Community Management and/ or Real estate or similar will be highly valued. Why Join Us?Premium Strata is an award-winning strata agency redefining client service in the industry through transparency, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
