Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and supporting staff and management with day-to-day activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.Assist with data entry, record keeping, and office inventory management.Support other staff with administrative and clerical tasks as required.Handle confidential information with discretion.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in Office Administration or related field preferred.Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Ability to multitask and work independently.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Competencies:Professionalism and reliability.Team-oriented and flexible.Confidentiality and integrity.
