Position: Admin AssistantLocation: Indman, Abu Dhabi OfficeContract: Long TermSalary: To be discussed once shortlistedBenefits:30 Days Paid Leaves upon completion of 1 YearAir Tickets Medical InsuranceEmployment VisaPermanent role ResponsibilitiesPerform general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and email correspondence.Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transport coordination for employees.Support in organizing and scheduling trainings, maintaining attendance, and preparing training materials.Maintain and update office documents and databases (both physical and electronic).Assist with visa processing, renewals, and other HR documentation as required.Prepare reports and letters as needed.Provide coordination support.QualificationsCurrently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.Experience in an administrative support role.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask under minimal supervision.With positive, can-do attitude.With strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines
