About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong experience in the real estate brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, assist the sales team, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations, correspondence, and documentation.Prepare and maintain property listings, forms, tenancy contracts, and brokerage documentation.Assist agents with RERA forms, listing verification, and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).Handle calls, WhatsApp communication, and email inquiries professionally.Schedule viewings, meetings, and client appointments.Maintain CRM systems with updated client and property data (e.g., PropSpace, Salesforce, etc.).Coordinate with developers for project updates, availability sheets, and marketing materials.Prepare reports, presentations, and weekly performance trackers.Support HR and accounts with basic admin tasks as required.Ensure the office environment is well-organized, stocked, and running smoothly.QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of administrative experience in a Real Estate Brokerage (mandatory).Strong knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and portals.Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to support a fast-paced team.
