Business Protection Coordinator

The Business Protection Team is Spotify’s corporate security function, dedicated to safeguarding our people, assets, and operations around the world. As the Business Protection Coordinator for the Middle East and South Asia, you’ll support the Regional Business Protection Manager to ensure security and resilience across our regional operations. This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is a 12-month contract, subject to extension.What You'll DoEnsure security and safety of Spotify’s people, sites, and business processes across the Middle East and South AsiaOversee day-to-day performance of contracted security teams at Spotify sites and eventsManage and administer access control and security systemsLead on-site security operations during events, campaigns, and activationsSupport visiting Spotify staff and business travellers on security mattersRespond to and manage security incidents in the regionConduct and document risk assessments to support operations in higher-risk areasPerform office security audits and recommend improvementsAdvise on physical security design for new offices and renovationsDeliver security awareness and training to staff, fostering a security-conscious cultureContribute to wider Business Protection and Employee Experience initiatives globallyThe role may require travel across the Middle East and South Asia regionsWho You AreYou have proven experience in corporate security, intelligence, or crisis management—ideally within the Middle East and South Asia regionsYou hold a bachelor’s degree in security management, risk management, political science, international relations, or a related fieldYou have strong knowledge of modern security systems and technologiesYou thrive in dynamic environments, balancing multiple priorities and making sound decisions under pressureYou’re fluent in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantageYou embody Spotify’s values—Innovative, Sincere, Passionate, Collaborative, and Playful—and apply them in your workWhere You'll BeThe role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and payroll will be through a third partySpotify is an equal opportunity employer.
