Our mission is to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a wide range of specialties, including mental health, rehabilitation, and complex medical treatments.Role OverviewWe are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our team and contribute to the entire HR lifecycle. This role is key to ensuring the effective and compliant management of daily HR operations and requires a candidate with a meticulous approach, high reliability, and thorough understanding of healthcare HR standards.Please note: Direct knowledge and hands-on experience with JCI HR standards is mandatory for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and general HR functions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, credentials, and compliance documentation.Ensure all HR procedures align with JCI standards, including licensure, personnel files, credentialing, and competency management.Liaise with internal departments to address staffing needs, HR-related inquiries, and employee relations.Assist with payroll input, attendance monitoring, and regular HR reporting.Support HR audits, quality assurance rounds, and implementation of corrective actions.Ensure ongoing compliance with ADGM Employment Regulations and internal HR policies.Uphold confidentiality and adhere to best practices in HR.What We’re Looking ForMinimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, specifically within a healthcare setting.Mandatory: Proven experience working directly with JCI HR standards.Comprehensive knowledge of employee documentation, credentialing processes, competencies, and licensing.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.Proficiency in computer systems (experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage).Ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism in a dynamic hospital environment.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.State-of-the-art facilities and advanced medical technology.Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.Supportive and collaborative work culture.
