We are seeking an experienced and well-versed Office Manager based in Dubai to lead and oversee all matters related to the office setup, regulatory compliance, operational coordination, and general administrative management. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth launch and ongoing operations in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full setup of the new Dubai office, including site coordination, fit-out works, vendor management, and ensuring the location is fully operational.Manage all company registration, licensing, and regulatory requirements, and liaise with the relevant authorities throughout the establishment process.Coordinate essential operational arrangements such as IT setup, office equipment, utilities, and service providers.Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standard operating practices for the new location.Establish relationships with local vendors, service providers, and contractors to support office operations and expansion.Oversee basic on-ground office operations once established, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and providing support to management as needed.RequirementsBased in DubaiProven experience in office setup, administration, and regulatory coordination within Dubai, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.Strong knowledge of UAE licensing requirements, corporate registration processes, and government portals related to company operations.Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with government authorities and business partners.Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
