This on-site role is based in Dubai.Working Hours:Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PMFriday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical supportManage schedules, meetings, and documentsHandle phone calls, emails, and client enquiries professionallyMaintain records and assist with executive administrative tasksSupport smooth office operations and assist the team when requiredQualificationsStrong administrative and clerical skillsExcellent communication and phone etiquetteAbility to organise tasks and manage schedules efficientlyHigh attention to detail and a professional attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in a similar role within a real estate agency is highly preferredExperience in luxury service or hospitality is an advantageMust be able to work on-site in Dubai
