Job Description

Welcome guests, visitors, and delegations courteously and provide professional assistance.Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.Collect couriers, parcels, samples, etc., and distribute them to the respective staff members.Organize and maintain the cleaning of the office areas.Keep ready all pantry supplies, coffee machine supplies, groceries, etc. daily.Maintain the pantry and coffee machine area clean.Washing utensils and cleaning of pantry.Checking & watering plants in the allocated common area and employee offices.Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants to perform their duties.Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.Handle distribution of gift items, folders, calendars, etc. to the visitors and other guests.Arrange the meeting room in an orderly manner before the start of the meeting.Making Xerox, bindings, organizing and filing documents, and other jobs as instructed by the employees.Provide admin services like a visit to the bank to process telegraphic transfer, cheque/cash deposit, etc.Other duties as assigned by the reporting manager or designated authority.Perform other related duties as assigned by the reporting Manager.
