Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly organised Administrative Project Manager / Senior Project Coordinator to support multiple people and workplace initiatives within the People, Communications & Workplace Division. This role will focus on project administration, coordination, and delivery support, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, organisation, and getting things done.The successful candidate will be hands-on in managing project documentation, tracking milestones, maintaining risk and decision logs, and supporting the broader program team. This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional who enjoys coordinating complex streams of work and driving delivery in a fast-paced environment.Contract SummaryRate: Up to $1,000 per day + SuperContract Length: Until 30 April 2026 (extension likely until June 2026)Work Model: Hybrid – Macquarie Park, Elizabeth Street, and home-basedLocation: SydneyResponsibilitiesLead and manage project coordination and administration across multiple workstreamsMaintain and update project documentation including plans, schedules, and reportsTrack milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions using structured project management toolsSupport the program lead and project specialists in day-to-day delivery activitiesPrepare and manage Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and task trackersCoordinate project governance documentation, reporting, and risk registersEnsure all deliverables are progressing to plan and aligned with program objectivesWork collaboratively across HR, change management, and organisational design teamsSupport change and communication activities related to people and workplace transformationSkills & ExperienceProven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator in large or complex organisationsStrong background in project administration, coordination, and reportingExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesHands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or TrelloProficiency in creating and maintaining Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and structured project plansDemonstrated experience managing risk ledgers, decision logs, and project governance documentationStrong understanding of HR or change management environments (highly regarded)Practical knowledge of Prince2 or equivalent project management frameworksExcellent stakeholder communication and documentation skillsProactive and delivery-focused — a “doer” who takes ownership and drives progress
