The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity to join a leading global Entertainment Company as they stabilise and integrate their Southeast Asia operations into the broader ANZSEA region. This 6 month fixed contract will bring much-needed structure, visibility, and coordination across markets, ensuring alignment between local teams, ANZ leadership, and global stakeholders. You'll be instrumental in delivering a clear operating model that enhances collaboration, efficiency, and strategic alignment across the region.Your New RoleReporting to the ANZ Leadership Team, the Senior Project Manager will act as the central hub between SEA markets and global stakeholders.The main responsibilities for this position will include:Mapping the current state - identify key risks, dependencies, and commitments across SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam).Consolidating information - build a single, trackable integration plan across all workstreams.Coordinating a small cross-functional working group of subject-matter experts across legal, finance, HR, marketing, tax, audit and controls, real estate, and business intelligence relating to this group specifics area of entertainment.Stabilising leadership, processes, and reporting by implementing immediate structure and governance.Integrating SEA operations into one cohesive, efficient functional model within the ANZSEA structure.What You'll NeedWith 10+ years experience in multifaceted transformations and project management, ideally within large Global Entertainment Business's you'll have proven experience leading complex transformation or integration projects, ideally across APAC markets. You're comfortable in fast-paced environments where clarity is still forming and can build order and trust quickly.You will also be able to demonstrate experience across:Large-scale or cross-border integration or transformation projects.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business functions.Working across time zones and markets, ideally within the APAC region.Exceptional organisation and analytical capability with experience in tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or similar.Project planning, risk management, and executive reporting.Personal AttributesPragmatic, proactive, and solutions-oriented.Communicates clearly and builds trust quickly.Thrives in ambiguity while maintaining focus and discipline.Able to switch seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical coordination.The Good Stuff You'll Get When You Get the JobFor all of your hard work, you'll be rewarded with the opportunity to work within a dynamic and globally connected entertainment business, driving meaningful outcomes across multiple markets.Immediate start, 6-month contract (non-extendable).Sydney preferred location, flexibility across time zones.Business shutdown period from 19 December - 4 January.Success in this Role Looks LikeRapidly mapping and understanding SEA operations and translating findings into an actionable integration plan.Creating transparency and flow of information across countries and functions.Delivering short, focused sprints that demonstrate weekly progress.Building trust with senior leaders while keeping decisions aligned and momentum strong.Successful applicants will be contacted
