In this role, you'll lead high-profile transformation projects that boost efficiency, unlock scalability, and power our next stage of growth.You'll work closely with teams across Engineering, Product, Support, Services, HR and Finance to deliver smarter processes, stronger collaboration and meaningful business outcomes that align with our long-term strategy.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple workstreamsTrack progress, anticipate challenges, and keep projects on targetBuild strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the businessFoster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams and manage expectationsIdentify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues when neededLead change initiatives, guide smooth transitions, and champion continuous improvementKeep leadership and stakeholders informed with clear updates and accurate documentationWork collaboratively to deliver successful outcomes and support the growth of your teamRequirementsWhat you will need to be successful in this roleProven experience in project execution and delivery, creating realistic timelines, milestones, and resource plansSkilled at identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks proactivelyManage project budgets and ensure spending stays within agreed limitsDeliver projects that meet agreed standards and stakeholder expectationsStrong communicator, able to report progress, risks, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholdersAble to balance competing priorities and make informed decisions within project constraintsResilient under pressure, maintaining composure and overcoming setbacksTake ownership of outcomes and drive continuous improvementUnderstand the impact of change on an organisation and use effective strategies to deliver measurable benefitsWe really do want you to bring your whole self to work.
