Client Side Project Manager

Our client, a leading hospitality and retail brand, is seeking an experienced client side Project Manager to deliver large-scale, high-profile developments across Australia. This role offers the opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of new (greenfield) builds and major refurbishment projects. The Opportunity: As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of multiple projects through all phases of the construction lifecycle — from planning and design through to delivery and post-opening review. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and proven experience managing greenfield developments from inception to completion.About You: Demonstrated success delivering greenfield construction projects in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.Strong understanding of contract administration, project governance, and safety compliance.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets, contingencies, and cost reporting.A proactive learner who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance culture.For you: Work directly client side with leading recognised brand.
