Job Description

Oversee and coordinate office and branch facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.Monitor and manage office equipment, furniture, and other physical assets, ensuring they are in good condition.Process utility payments, rental agreements, and lease renewals as required.Address and resolve any facility-related issues in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records of office-related expenditures, contracts, and maintenance schedules.Assist with general administrative tasks, including documentation, report preparation, and correspondence.JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducational Requirement: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldWork Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome or with at least 6 months of experience in handling facility-related concerns effectively.
