Be part of our success!Were looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Support (Real Estate) to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.ResponsibilitiesRespond Promptly: Answer phone calls, emails, and maintenance requests from tenants during business hours.Work Order Management: Create, assign, and track work orders in our property management system.Vendor Coordination: Dispatch and communicate with vendors for all maintenance requests; ensure jobs are completed promptly and to standard.Approval Management: Approve or deny maintenance requests within the approved spending limit; obtain owner approval for repairs above the maintenance threshold by providing clear scopes of work; relay approved scopes to vendors and monitor progress.Communication: Send tenants issue-specific templates confirming updates, scheduling, and completion of work orders.Financial Tracking: Post applicable credits and charges to tenant ledgers; verify vendor invoices match approved estimates and update the property management system accordingly.Owner Relations: Keep property owners informed about larger maintenance issues, proposed repairs, and completed work.RequirementsMust be willing to work on site.Must be willing to work graveyard shifts.1-2 years of experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or administrative operations preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio, or similar).Ability to manage vendor relationships and communicate effectively under pressure.Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Career growth opportunities.HMO within the first month.Additional paid vacation leave.Monthly allowance.Excellent professional development.Hands-on support both locally and internationally.Collaborative work environment and great work culture.Be part of a fast-growing company.
