LocationCaceres, Spain.MissionYour mission will be assist in the operation of the assigned area by performing administrative support and logistics control tasks.ResponsibilitiesSupport the project director in all administrative and logistical tasks.Manage contracts, purchase orders, and invoices in the ERP system.Handle personnel documentation (expenses, attendance, medical checks).Maintain project files and inventory records.Receive, inspect, and deliver materials.Oversee warehouse operations and proper storage.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Job Requirements Administrative professional training LRP course of 20 or 60 hours with certificate Knowledge of ExcelWhat We OfferFixed-term contract during the construction of the Trujillo solar plant project.Joining a Spanish multinational with 20 years of experience in the process of international expansion, as well as the possibility of developing a career full of successes in the future.Full time: Mon-Thurs from 08:00 to 17:30h and Fri from 08:00 to 14:00h.
