We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Admissions Advisor to join our Mississauga West Campus team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, student success, and community engagement — and who possesses strong sales acumen and the ability to connect with a diverse, multicultural student base.The successful candidate will have excellent selling and communication skills, with a track record of building trust, understanding student needs, and guiding them toward the right academic and financial path. Being multilingual is a strong asset, as our campus serves a diverse community of students from various cultural backgrounds.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inquiries from prospective students by providing personalized information about diploma programs and aligning interests with career goals.Guide applicants through the full admissions process, ensuring all documentation meets compliance and enrolment standards.Conduct engaging campus tours and support campus events, community outreach, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, employers, and community groups to strengthen referral and recruitment opportunities.Assess student needs and provide comprehensive program and funding guidance (including OSAP, Second Career, Better Jobs Ontario, RESP, RRSP, and payment plans).Manage and follow up with leads through CRM tools, ensuring consistent communication and high conversion rates.Collaborate with the Campus Director, instructors, and Head Office to coordinate enrolments and monitor student progress.Track and report enrolment metrics, analyze trends, and execute strategies to achieve or exceed monthly targets.Maintain student data in internal systems such as Canvas, Campus Login, and Launch.Support marketing campaigns and sales promotions to generate new leads and drive enrolment growth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (required).Strong computer literacy and experience using CRM and database systems.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proven selling ability with a student-focused approach.Multilingual skills to serve and support a diverse student population.Ability to work ethically and professionally with individuals from varied backgrounds.Prior experience in sales, admissions, or customer service is an asset.Knowledge of AOLCC structure and systems is an advantage.📩 How to ApplyIf you’re passionate about helping others achieve their educational and career goals — and thrive in a fast-paced, people-centred environment — we’d love to hear from you!
