Our programs range from Engineering Design & Technology, Accounting, Payroll Administration, ERP, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Digital Marketing. Additionally the college provides co-op opportunities for our graduates to help them enter the work force.This is a part-time Data Science Instructor position and it may lead to a full-time one. Currently the teaching activities are conducted online with some in-person exams.ResponsibilitiesPrepare teaching plan and teaching materialsDeliver instructions to studentsGuide students with mini projectsReview students' homework and provide feedback to them for error correctionMark tests, exams and mini projectsProvide additional support to slow studentsParticipate in instructor training meetingsSupport students with job searchQualificationsMaster's degree or higher in data science, data analysis, statistics, or a related fieldstrong data science, statistics, or related knowledge and skills4-5 years of work experience as data analyst or data scientistExperience in delivering instruction to post-secondary students and success experience in teaching adults is a great asset.Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and good experience with Tableau and Power BIProficiency in programming languages such as VBA, Python, R, SAS, and SQLGood experience in Google Analytics 4Solid knowledge and skills in machine learning, deep learning, cloud computing, generative AI, and big data analyticsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as a cooperative member in a teamExperience working with remote teams and delivering online instruction is a plusTeaching Days and Time: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, 9:00 - 14:00
