Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Agency, Divisional, and Distribution Managers at our Colombo location. In this role, you will lead and manage sales teams, develop and implement strategic plans for revenue growth, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, oversee the training and development of team members, and monitor operational performance to optimize efficiency and productivity. Collaboration with various departments to identify new business opportunities will also be a critical part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skillsStrategic planning, goal-setting, and revenue growth experienceExpertise in sales, marketing, and client relationship managementProficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsDemonstrated experience in training and mentoring team membersMarketing, or sutable candidates of Non industryPrior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
