With two retail locations, one of the stores focuses on promoting sustainability by featuring brands committed to environmentally conscious practices. This unique concept merges high-quality fashion with a strong emphasis on ethical and sustainable values, offering customers a curated shopping experience while supporting local creativity and innovation. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo for an Ecommerce Coordinator. The role involves managing the online store operations, overseeing product listings, ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience, and optimizing the sales funnel. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance online performance. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in E-Commerce and Sales platformsData entry and managing a woo commerce website Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesPrior experience in retail or e-commerce management is an advantageFamiliarity with fashion retail and sustainability-focused business practices is a plus
