While keeping the focus on Fin-Tech, the company wants people to trust and enjoy the convenience of digital technology and disrupt the payment processes in the country and around the world.We're looking for a self-motivated and talented individual who aligns with the following profile to join our team.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for entering and verifying customer and account data.Testing customer and account system changes, doing updates, and reviewing the output.Defining and reporting business requirements to the Line Manager.Supervising the merchant onboarding process while maintaining cordial relations with merchants.Facilitating merchant payments and settlements to ensure a smoother payment process.Handling and managing chargebacks and refunds in relation to customer transactions.Reconciling customer accounts and ensuring the accuracy of transactions reflected in the accounting system.Securing information by completing database backups, keeping customer and operational informationconfidential.Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and responsible for customer relationship managementManaging customer retention by developing and implementing effective customer retention strategies.QualificationsDegree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in banking, finance, fintech operations, customer support, or data processing.Strong understanding of payment systems, merchant onboarding, settlements, chargebacks, and refunds.Good knowledge of financial reconciliation and accuracy in handling transaction data.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM or financial transaction systems.Ability to understand and document business requirements and support system testing.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and operational data.Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced fintech environment.Apply today & join us to embark on an exciting journey into the world of FinTech!
