We focus on performance, reliability and strong client partnerships.Responsibilities:Daily supervision of a team of 8 workers and assigning tasks to ensure maximum efficiency.Monitoring irrigation, fertilization, pruning and pest control to maintain the quality and health of green areas.Ensuring the readiness and regular maintenance of all agricultural equipment.Preparing periodic reports on plant conditions and their requirements.Continuous coordination with the compound management to implement the agricultural plan.Applying health and safety standards and supervising landscaping and plantation activities.Following up on work schedules and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.Requirements:Good knowledge of irrigation, fertilization, pruning and pest control processes.Ability to manage a team, monitor workers’ performance and assign tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in the field.Ability to read and understand agricultural reports and identify needs.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Good knowledge of using agricultural tools and equipment, as well as basic maintenance methods.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Social and medical insurance.Paid annual leave.A stable work environment within the compound.Opportunities for growth and career development.
