Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agent located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Travel Agent will handle daily tasks such as managing reservations, providing outstanding customer service, arranging travel plans, assisting with car rentals, and promoting sales. The position requires effective communication to address customer inquiries and deliver tailored travel solutions while ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. Qualifications Proficiency in managing Reservations and coordinating Travel ArrangementsStrong Customer Service skills to address client needs and queries effectivelyFluent English speakers B2/C1Flexible with rotational shifts 24/7Experience in Car Rental and associated servicesProven ability in Sales, including upselling and cross-selling travel servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in EnglishHigh attention to detail and organizational skills for efficient travel planningFamiliarity with booking systems or travel management software is a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
