📌 We’re Hiring: GIS Analyst (Agricultural Finance)Location: On-site in Cambodia (Phnom Penh)**Salary Range: USD 600–1,000/month (negotiable depending on experience)konektAgri is an agri-fintech startup building geospatial tools to support smarter agricultural financing in Cambodia. As we expand our agriKredit platform, we are looking for a motivated Junior to Mid-Level GIS Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates early in their career who want to grow their skills while contributing to real impact in agriculture.🌱 What You’ll DoCollect, clean, and process geospatial datasets, including satellite imagery and basic weather/soil data.Support the development and maintenance of spatial layers for crop monitoring and agricultural risk assessment.Perform essential spatial analysis (buffer, overlay, clipping, zonal statistics) to generate insights for internal teams.Assist in preparing maps, dashboards, and visualizations for internal and client use.Work closely with the data science and product teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Participate in cross-team discussions to understand geospatial data needs in agricultural finance.🎯 What We’re Looking ForDegree in Geography, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field.Basic to intermediate experience with GIS tools (GEE, QGIS, ArcGIS Pro).Familiarity with remote sensing concepts (NDVI or similar indices) is preferred but not mandatory.Experience with Python geospatial libraries is a plus but not required.Eager to learn satellite analytics, agricultural monitoring, and geospatial workflows used in real financial decision tools.Strong curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to grow in a startup environment.Must be able to work on-site in Phnom Penh.Passion for agriculture, technology, and rural development is a bonus.📩 How to ApplyTo be considered, please complete the Linkedin application, but ALSO fill out the application form here:👉 https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe5X0AU_ICQMLtWDJFPzWHpamJnqdebx_J6ttbNR4fBA0Ex1Q/viewform(Only both completed will be reviewed.)If you want to grow your GIS career, learn advanced agricultural remote sensing techniques, and work inside one of Cambodia’s most innovative agri-fintech startups, we would love to hear from you.
