Dry Port Manager — Warehouse One Enterprise Co., Ltd.📍 Kampong Speu, CambodiaCompany OverviewWarehouse One Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a leading Dry Port and logistics service provider offering integrated dry & cold warehouse operations, container yard management, and a truck fleet supporting domestic and cross-border transport.We deliver international-standard logistics solutions that strengthen and support Cambodia’s fast-growing supply chain.We are seeking a highly capable Dry Port Manager to oversee daily port operations, warehouse activities, container yard management, and ensure service excellence across all key functions.Role DescriptionThe Dry Port Manager will lead and oversee the full operational, commercial, and administrative functions of the Dry Port.The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, safety performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth.This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in logistics, container terminals, ICD operations, and proven ability to manage large teams and complex processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all dry port operations including container handling, yard planning, warehouse coordination, and fleet support.Ensure smooth daily operations, timely cargo flow, and effective allocation of equipment and manpower.Coordinate with customs officers, shipping lines, trucking teams, freight forwarders, and government authorities.Implement operational SOPs, safety standards, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.Monitor KPIs, service performance, and operational efficiency across warehouse and yard operations.Oversee budgeting, cost control, contract management, and operational performance reporting.Lead digital transformation initiatives (TOS/WMS/YMS/Others) and drive continuous process improvements.Build, lead, and mentor strong operational teams with a culture of discipline, safety, and accountability.Handle customer escalations, lead issue resolution, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in ICD/dry port, warehouse, CY, or terminal operations.Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong knowledge of:Container yard operations and warehouse processesCustoms and bonded warehouse proceduresSafety and compliance standardsLogistics systems (TOS, WMS, YMS preferred)Experience leading mid-size to large operational teams.Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Reporting LineReports directly to the CEO / General Manager.How to ApplyPlease send your CV and Cover Letter to:📧 Email: wanling@warehouseone.biz📩 CC: admin@fullwell.biz📞 Contact Person : Madam Chen Wanling , Director & Board Member💬 Telegram: t.me/Wanling218
