Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Intelligence Officer located in Tuol Kouk. The Senior Business Intelligence Officer will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decisions. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, creating and maintaining dashboards, performing data visualization, generating reports, and providing strategic insights to stakeholders to support organizational goals. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all systems. Qualifications Strong skills in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Data Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar software).Proficiency in SQL, Data Modeling, and database management systems like SQL Server, MySQL, or similar.Experience in Data Reporting, preparing dashboards, and generating actionable insights from large datasets.Knowledge of Statistical Analysis and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to address complex business challenges with data-driven solutions.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Experience in the financial services or banking sector is an advantage.
