The Cost Control Supervisor will oversee and analyze the financial operations to ensure effective cost management. Responsibilities include monitoring expenses, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with budgets, and implementing cost-saving measures. The role also involves supervising team members, providing necessary training, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectivelyProficient Analytical Skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and recommend cost-saving strategiesExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with other departments and present findings clearlySound knowledge of Finance, including budgeting, expense tracking, and complianceExperience in Training team members to improve performance and align with organizational goalsDetail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldPrior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is advantageous
