Job Description

Location: Phnom Penh (03 Position)Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the recruitment function from sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, endorsements, negotiations, job offering, and onboarding new employees to close functional vacancies within the KPI set.Identifies talents for head-up vacancies, focusing on priorities open vacancies for all ICT Division’s OpCos.Works and coordinates with the hiring manager to identify potential candidates and understand their current gap.Ensures hiring quality to meet the retention rate requirement and business direction.Ensures and maintains that interview and selection procedures are properly followed according to its standards and SOPs.Utilizes sourcing and talent pipelining activities. Supports the identification of potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards and social media. Has a basic understanding of sourcing techniques and helps maintain candidate databases.Assists in employer branding activities. Supports the creation of content for social media and career pages. Has a basic understanding of employer branding principles and helps in organizing employer branding events.Support & initiates employer's branding initiatives, such as ads placement, producing and coordinating content execution, and activities for communicating our culture, mission, vision and working environment both internally and externally.Builds excellent relationships with external channels to build more connections with universities, NGOs, and potential partners.Builds and generates a quality and potential talent pool.Job RequirementsDegree in Human Resources Management, Education, Management, or related fields.At least 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Knowledge of sourcing and attracting talents through social networks, digital platforms, and relevant sources.Ability to understand the differences in roles in the organization and business requirements.Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and other design tools is a plus.Proficient in English both written and spoken.Understanding the process of creating, fostering, and maintaining the company's employer brand.Be dynamic, committed, innovative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.πŸ“₯𝐀𝐩𝐩π₯𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐰:Tel./Telegram 077 906 555Email: careers@cellcard.com.kh
