Job Description

Location: Phnom Penh (03 Positions)Key ResponsibilitiesSupport HRBP Execution – Assist the HRBP Manager in implementing HR plans that align with business priorities across assigned departments.Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination – Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely hiring, smooth onboarding, and accurate manpower tracking.Workforce Data Management – Maintain organization charts, headcount reports, and employee movement records including probation, confirmation, and transfers.Performance Cycle Administration – Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews; ensure timely completion and data accuracy.Talent & Development Support – Track employee development plans and coordinate with the L&D team on training nominations and follow-ups.Employee Engagement & Communication – Support engagement, wellbeing, and recognition activities; gather employee feedback and report key trends.Employee Relations & Compliance – Provide first-line HR advisory, assist in case documentation, and ensure compliance with company policy and labor law.HR Reporting & Analytics – Prepare regular HR dashboards (e.g., attrition, headcount, leave) and provide data insights for management discussions.HR Projects & Process Improvement – Contribute to HR projects, surveys, and process enhancements that improve employee experience and efficiency.Change & Policy Implementation – Support communication, rollout, and adoption of new HR systems, policies, and organizational changes within assigned departments.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.1-2 years of proven experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.Familiarity with core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Basic understanding of local labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Essential for maintaining employee records, managing reports, and coordinating performance cycles.Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with employees, managers, the Talent Acquisition team, and other HR functions.Organizational and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex administrative cycles (like performance reviews), and meet deadlines.Problem-Solving: Capability to provide first-line HR advisory and assist in documenting employee relations cases.Confidentiality and Integrity: Absolute discretion when handling sensitive employee and business information.Proactive and Service-Oriented Attitude: A willingness to support various HR initiatives and contribute to process improvements.📥𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐰:Tel./Telegram 077 906 555Email: careers@cellcard.com.kh
