This role will focus on developing, integrating, and maintaining applications that enhance user experience and leverage artificial intelligence to deliver business value. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and comfortable working directly with business teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend services).Collaborate closely with the machine learning and AI teams to integrate models and intelligent features into applications.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.Communicate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present progress.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure speed, scalability, and reliability.Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in React, Python, and AWS ecosystems.Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience developing web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).Understanding of AI/ML integration, APIs, and model deployment processes.Experience building and consuming RESTful services and working with cloud environments (AWS preferred).Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and usability standards.Proficiency in version control (Git) and Agile development practices.Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business and technical teams.Advanced English required for collaboration with international teams.Nice to HaveExperience integrating machine learning models into production environments.Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway).Knowledge of TypeScript, FastAPI, or Flask frameworks.Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.What We OfferPermanent contract with a global leader in digital transformation.Remote work model Access to AI, cloud, and software engineering certifications.Comprehensive health and wellness programs.Participation in global AI innovation projects and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.Collaborative and inclusive culture that values innovation and growth.Join GFT and be part of the team driving global technological innovation! 🤖🚀
