AI Engineer (Vietnam-based)

Working location: TMA Tower, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, Ho Chi Minh city (Office 6)Job Summary: We are looking for an AI Engineer to develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions focusing on Predictive Analytics and Predictive Maintenance. The role includes building scalable models, optimizing performance in production, and collaborating with data and domain experts to deliver intelligent, data-driven insightsResponsibilities: Design and develop Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions across the entire workflow — from data collection, preprocessing, model training to deployment.Conduct Machine Learning tests and experiments to evaluate and improve model performance.Implement and integrate ML solutions into production systems with a focus on scalability and reliability.Continuously optimize and retrain models to ensure efficient performance in production environments.Apply Predictive Analytics techniques to extract insights from historical data and forecast future trends or behaviors.Develop and deploy Predictive Maintenance models to detect potential equipment failures and optimize maintenance schedules.Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to improve data quality and enhance predictive accuracy.Requirements:Strong background in one or more areas of Machine Learning, such as Deep Learning, LSTM, CNN, etc.Solid understanding of Predictive Analytics concepts and experience applying them in real-world use cases.Experience with Predictive Maintenance solutions or time-series data modeling is a strong plus.Proficient in Python and/or C/C++, with strong foundations in data structures and algorithms.Knowledge of Data Science, Mathematics, and Statistics.Familiar with Anaconda, Jupyter Notebook, and popular ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Intermediate level of English communication.Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Big Data platforms is a plus.Benefits/Opportunity Working in an international, dynamic and professional environment with many opportunities to develop career.Having opportunities of being trained oversea and working directly with oversea customerA stable and rewarding position where your long-term commitment will be highly valued.
