Endowpay is Hiring — AI/ML Engineer (3-Month Fixed Term Contract)We’re looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join us on an exciting build of one section of the core of Endowpay’s next-generation intelligent payments experience.This is not a generic ML role.This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to work directly with me on designing, training, and deploying intelligent agentic systems that will power real customer interactions across our platform.What You’ll Work On• Building and optimizing conversational AI pipelines• Designing agentic workflows for voice/text transactions• Integrating ML models into production-grade payment systems• Fine-tuning LLMs and embedding models for real-time inference• Developing intent detection, entity extraction, and dialog management components• Creating evaluation frameworks, metrics, and continuous improvement loopsSkills We’re Looking For• Strong Python engineering skills (FastAPI, Pydantic, Async workflows)• Experience with LLMs, transformers, embeddings, RAG, or agent frameworks• Good understanding of classical ML (classification, NLP pipelines, vectorization)• Ability to build and deploy ML models (Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure)• Familiarity with speech-to-text / text-to-speech systems is a plus• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in fast-paced builds• A genuine passion for AI innovation and product impactWhy This Role MattersYou will be contributing directly to one of Endowpay’s most ambitious features.If you’ve ever wanted to work on conversational AI with immediate real-world impact, this is it.🤝Want an informal conversation before applying?Reach out directly: adebola@endowhq.com📩 Ready to apply?Email: hr@endowhq.comLet’s build something extraordinary.
