Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing all continuing airworthiness activities related to the administration and execution of aircraft maintenance programs for both commercially managed and privately operated business jets. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and maintaining the airworthiness of the managed fleet. Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage maintenance programs for all managed aircraft, including submission of programs and amendments to the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) for approval. Ensure all maintenance is performed in accordance with the approved maintenance program and released under TCAR AIR Part-M Subpart H, with maintenance checks completed within the prescribed AMP limits. Oversee that all defects identified during maintenance or reported in service are corrected by approved maintenance organizations. Ensure aircraft are maintained and repaired only by appropriately approved Part-145 or Part-CAO facilities when required. Maintain each aircraft in an airworthy condition and ensure all operational and emergency equipment is properly installed, serviceable, or clearly identified if unserviceable. Ensure the validity of the Certificate of Airworthiness for all managed aircraft. Oversee defect rectification in accordance with M.A.403 and/or M.A.401 requirements, considering the MEL and CDL applicable to each aircraft type. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the maintenance program, including analysis of spares usage, recurring defects, and malfunctions, and propose amendments when needed. Conduct regular reviews of the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) to ensure it remains current and compliant. Ensure all modifications and repairs are performed in accordance with M.A.304 standards. Ensure compliance with all applicable airworthiness directives, operational directives, and continued airworthiness requirements established or mandated by the CAAT. Verify that aircraft weight and balance statements are always accurate and up to date. Conduct or oversee pre-flight inspections to ensure aircraft are fit for flight and coordinate maintenance check flights when necessary. Establish and maintain technical procedures and documentation within the organization to ensure compliance with TCAR AIR Part-M, Part-CAO, and Part-CAMO requirements, achieving high standards of airworthiness and workmanship. Ensure all maintenance-related contracts comply with TCAR AIR Part-M (M.A.201) requirements. Manage the day-to-day operations and personnel within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO). Qualifications:Formal education in aeronautical engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Part-CAMO organization in a similar position. Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Completed training in CAR M regulations familiarization. Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, and EWIS training. Training in AMP, MEL, and CAME procedures. Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Completed aircraft familiarization course for at least one of the aircraft types operated by the company. CAMP/CMP system training is an advantage.
