QualificationsCulinary degree or equivalent professional training, with a strong foundation in wellness-inspired or Mediterranean cuisine.Proven track record as Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef in upscale dining environments.In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and streamline kitchen workflows for optimal efficiency.
