Job Responsibility[Seller Onboarding Management]1. Conduct seller acquisition based on analysis of Korean domestic fashion trends and market insights2. Build a target seller list and continuously pursue on-boarding according to priorities[Seller Management]1. Manage fashion category seller, establish seller operation plans, and report results to the manager2. Discover new products and plan promotional collaborations with partners to boost sales[Category Performance Management]1. Drive seller GMV growth through key promotions, curated events, special slots, and campaigns2. Monitor weekly/monthly category performance vs. targets, measure achievement rates, and implement improvements3. Provide data-driven analysis and logical, structured reportingJob Requirements1. Strong sales capability to close contracts with target partners2. Experience as sales MD in domestic online platforms (e-commerce, vertical, open market, etc.)3. Network and contacts with KA(Korean fashion brands) and ability to onboard them4. Active, proactive personality with teamwork skills and clear, logical communication5. Bachelor's degree or above6. Proficiency in Korean and business-level English(Chinese is plus)[Preferred Qualifications]1. Korean nationals with work or study experience in China2. Chinese nationals who have lived in Korea for an extended period3. Existing infrastructure with Korean fashion brands and sellers4. Previous experience at major domestic platforms5. Familiarity with IT company workflows, ability to handle e-commerce data and dashboards6. Experience in data-driven decision-making and confidence in using numbers for communication/reporting7. Willingness to travel overseas
