The ecosystem now spans dozens of teams across DeFi, DePIN, RWA, consumer crypto, gaming, and AI, alongside corporate partners among the world’s largest brands in sports, entertainment, and payments.The project has built up a strong Korean community through our partnerships with local partners including A41, Despread, NodeInfra, 1XP and many others, supplemented by listings on leading exchanges like Upbit and Bithumb. We’re looking to onboard someone to lead growth on the ground across community members, builders, institutions and more.Role OverviewAs the Korea Growth Lead, you will spearhead the project’s efforts to expand its presence in the Korean market. Your focus will be on building a vibrant community of users, developers, and partners — driving adoption across trading communities, DeFi builders, and Web3-native enterprises.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that spans ecosystem partnerships, community growth, developer relations, and cultural localization.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive user, developer, and institutional adoption in Korea.Community Building: Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), trading communities, and local media to increase awareness and organic engagement.Developer Ecosystem: Engage with Korean developer communities to onboard new builders, support dApp development, and organize hackathons, meetups, and workshops.Localization: Adapt messaging, documentation, and marketing campaigns to align with Korean market dynamics and cultural nuances.Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships with exchanges, wallets, media outlets, and enterprises to expand the project’s footprint in Korea.Advocacy: Represent the project at conferences, community events, and industry forums to strengthen its reputation and network in the Korean ecosystem.Qualifications3–7 years of experience in crypto, ideally within a Layer 1/2 project, exchange, or top-tier dApp protocol.Strong understanding of the Korean crypto landscape, including retail trading communities, influencers, and developer ecosystems.Proven track record of growing and managing crypto communities in Korea.Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.Nice to HaveExperience launching a token or supporting ecosystem incentive programs in Korea.Background in managing growth campaigns, KOL partnerships, or exchange listings.Experience hosting or organizing events, hackathons, or brand activations in the Korean market.
