Job Responsibilities 1.Manage a variety of new and existing business acceleration projects for the AliExpress Korea team.2.Define overarching strategies, goals, and actionable initiatives—both large and small—to achieve project objectives, and prioritize them effectively.3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Merchandising (MD), and others to execute action items; establish structured meeting frameworks to ensure efficient coordination and collaboration.4.Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks in project execution to ensure timely delivery and successful project completion.1.알리익스프레스 한국팀의 다양한 신규 사업 및 기존 사업의 성장을 가속화하는 프로젝트를 관리합니다.2.프로젝트 달성을 위한 크고 작은 전략, 목표, 액션 아이템을 정의하며, 우선순위를 결정합니다.3.액션 아이템 실행을 위해 마케팅팀, MD팀 등 다양한 팀과 협업하며, 협업 시스템을 효율적으로 관리 하기 위한 회의 체계를 만듭니다.4.액션 아이템을 수행하는 데에 있어 당면한 문제를 직접 해결하여 프로젝트가 정해진 기일 내에 완수될 수 있도록 합니다.Job Requirements：1.
