Reporting to the Manager, Americas Regional Marketing, the Americas Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across the Americas region - helping to drive growth, improve operational consistency, and enhance collaboration across marketing, sales, and partner teams.At Sophos, we’re shaping the future of cybersecurity with an AI-forward mindset, using data and automation to power smarter marketing. This is an opportunity to build your marketing career in an environment that embraces innovation and continuous learning.This hybrid position is based out of our downtown Vancouver, BC office.What You Will DoDrive operational consistency across the Americas marketing function by coordinating field, partner, and regional programs through AI-driven insights and automation toolsSupport the coordination of event activities from planning through execution, lead import, data management, and post-event reporting to ensure smooth audience engagementOversee lead management and data enrichment to maintain accuracy and optimize routing across Salesforce and connected systemsExecute and optimize marketing campaigns using AI-enhanced tools to improve targeting, content performance, and reportingSupport internal communications and enablement, ensuring marketing programs are effectively shared across Sales Development, Sales, and other internal teamsMaintain marketing calendars and SLAs through automation-driven dashboards that ensure visibility, accountability, and on-time deliveryCollaborate cross-functionally with product, PR, sales, and finance teams to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with global initiativesWhat You Will BringExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCuriosity and adaptability - comfortable learning and applying new AI-powered marketing technologies and toolsStrong organizational and project management skills, with an eye for process optimization and continuous improvementCollaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across functions and regionsAbility to travel across North America as required (:10%)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent requiredIn Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $50,000 to $84,000.
