We have the following position for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our Firm:Job Responsibilities:Support the Competition & Foreign Investment Review practice in the following areas:Performing qualitative and quantitative economic analysis to address real world issuesApplying strategic thinking on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, antitrust investigations, market studies, competition legislation and regulatory advocacy, general competition economics and policy advisory workBuilding and managing client relationshipsWriting reports and analysis papers on business strategies, competitive dynamics, economic trends, public policy issues, and market intelligenceCollating data and researching casesManaging submissions to regulatory or competition agencies, and assisting on compliance mattersJob Requirements:Degree in EconomicsRelevant experience in business or economics analytics/consulting (1 to 3 years for the analyst position, and minimally 4 years for the economist position)Good knowledge of microeconomics and/or industrial organisation economics, and quantitative skillsEssential attributes include strong analytical, communication and writing skills, good working attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamFor more information, please visit our website at www.allenandgledhill.com.Interested applicants are invited to send in their detailed resume to opportunities@agasia.law.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
