To learn more about Creador, please visit our website at www.creador.com.Role Overview:The Analyst/Senior Analyst in the Deal Team is responsible for supporting the team's efforts in evaluating, structuring, and executing various deals, transactions, and investments. The role involves conducting financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and assisting in the decision-making process to facilitate successful deals.Key Responsibilities:Financial AnalysisAnalyse financial statements, cash flows, and other relevant financial data to assess the viability and potential return on investment for proposed deals.Create financial models to project future financial performance and assess the impact of various scenarios on investment outcomes.Assist in the valuation of assets, companies, or projects using appropriate valuation methodologies.Market ResearchResearch and analyse market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to provide insights into potential opportunities and risks.Gather information about potential target companies, including their financial performance, operational capabilities, and strategic positioningDue DiligenceParticipate in due diligence processes to verify the accuracy of information provided by target companies or assets.Identify potential risks and opportunities related to legal, regulatory, financial, and operational aspects of the deal.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive due diligence is conductedDocumentation and ReportingPrepare and present reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders, senior management, and clients.Contribute to the creation of investment memos, term sheets, and other documentation required for deal executionDeal Execution SupportAssist in negotiating deal terms and conditions, working closely with legal, finance, and other relevant teams.Collaborate with senior team members in drafting contracts and agreements necessary for the transactionCommunication and CoordinationMaintain open communication channels with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure smooth deal execution.Coordinate various aspects of the deal process, including scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and managing documentationRequirementsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.Solid understanding of financial concepts, valuation techniques, and investment principles.Excellent research skills to gather and synthesize information from various sources.Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in using financial software, databases, and tools (Excel, Bloomberg, etc.).Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.Collaborative team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teamsQualifications And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.) can be advantageousUp to 6 years working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
