AP/AR - Deputy Manager [Accounting & Finance]This position is Deputy Manager (Supervisor level with small team supervision – Non management level)Job Descriptions: AP/AROversee AP/AR operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expenses, income, and monthly closing activities.Review, approve transaction (domestic & overseas) and supervise team to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Review and approve Vendor/Customer master applications to maintain proper data governance.Perform and analyze AP/AR balances, including monthly and aging reports, to identify risks and improvement opportunities.Direct and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in AP/AR accounting system development and enhancement projects.Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the AP/AR team to enhance performance and efficiency.TaxesReview and monitor tax submissions VAT(PP30, PP36), Withholding Tax(PND3, PND53, PND54), DTA(Double tax agreement) and perform other related taxes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.Budget planning for VAT allocation expenses and provide analysis to support management decisions.Perform the renewal of Good Exporter Licenses in compliance with regulatory requirements.Liaise with the Revenue Department regarding tax matters, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.OthersSOX Controller, overseeing Narrative, RCM, and SOD to ensure internal control compliance.Perform other duties and assignments related to accounting and tax matters as required by management.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CPD) will be an advantage.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation, with 3–5 years of experience leading small teams or supervising staff (not required to be full management level)Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation (VAT PP30, PP36, Withholding Tax PND3, PND53, PND54, DTA(Double tax agreement), other related tax), and AP/AR processes.Experience in SOX compliance and internal control management.Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems implementation or development projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Working Location: Sarasin Building, Silom, Bangrak, Thailand
