Assistant Accounting Manager (Leasing industry) - 75K

We're looking for a seasoned Assistant Accounting Manager to lead financial planning and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance across P&L, balance sheets, and tax reporting. This role involves driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial insights to support business growth. Ideal candidates bring deep expertise in leasing operations, advanced Excel skills, and strong English communication. Responsibilities:Conducting in-depth analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets to evaluate overall financial health.Preparing detailed budgets and performance forecasts, including projections for future income and cost of sales.Assessing borrowing costs and analyzing the financial impact of loan arrangements.Developing SG&A expense budgets and forecasts to enhance operational efficiency.Performing deferred tax calculations in accordance with applicable accounting standards.Requirements:Bachelor or higher in Accounting.Holds a valid CPD License.Over 10 years of experience in accounting with 5+ years in managerial role.Hands on experience from Leasing and Hire Purchase business operations.Good command of English both written and spoken - directly report to expat supervisor.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula and function skills.Experience with SAP is preferredStrong knowledge of taxation, including deferred tax calculation in compliance with accounting standards.Expertise in loan cost budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning.Skilled in corporate planning, including fair value assessment and financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
