Job title : Assistant Manager (Account Payable & Inventory)Location : Bangbo, SamutprakarnWorking day : Mon – Fri (08:00 am – 17:00 pm) with Hybrid work 2 days/weekSalary: (Salary will be based on your working experiences and expectation)Job scope:Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Inventory Accounting processes, including VAT, Tax, and Withholding Tax, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Ensure service quality meets or exceeds expectations and actively drive continuous improvement initiatives.Supervise, lead, and develop a team of subordinates, providing guidance and performance management.Ensure all AP and inventory accounting operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and resolve accounting-related issues.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related. Minimum GPAX 2.75.7–10 years of experience in accounting, with solid exposure to Accounts Payable and Inventory Accounting, or background in auditing.Proven experience managing and supervising a large team (up to 30 staff).Good command of English (TOEIC 600+ or IELTS 6.0+ required).Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize and conclude key issues effectively.
