Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.General Description Of The RoleThe Regional Demand Planning and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Manager leads the demand forecasting and S&OP processes across APAC. This role is pivotal in aligning cross-functional teams, driving forecast accuracy, and ensuring supply chain agility to meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities And ActivitiesDemand Planning & ForecastingDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence, and historical data.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to gather inputs and validate assumptions.Monitor forecast performance and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.S&OP LeadershipLead the regional S&OP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.Facilitate regional monthly S&OP meetings with key stakeholders to review performance, risks, and opportunities.Drive consensus on demand plans and ensure timely communication of changes across the organization.Analytics & ReportingProvide insights and analytics to support decision-making and scenario planning.Develop KPIs and dashboards to track forecast accuracy.Process ImprovementIdentify and implement best practices to enhance forecasting and S&OP maturity.Champion digital tools and automation to streamline planning processes.Stakeholder EngagementAct as the regional S&OP point of contact for global supply chain initiatives.Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution.Summary Of Experience10+ years of proven Demand Planning , S&OP , Supply Chain Planning management International Demand Planning management across multi-countries within a wide matrix organization and a diverse cross –cultural context Solid experience as a Senior Project Manager managing multiple projects from business case through approval and a track-record of delivering excellent results to deadlinesMust have a solid appreciation and understanding of corporate and commercial strategies to complimentEducation / Professional QualificationsMasters degree with a major in Supply Chain / Planning management Certification in Project Management highly desirableAPICs certification well regardedSkillsFunctional CompetenciesExcellent Demand Planning management skills.Strong background and experience in statistical forecasting processes and tools, advanced planning analytics and data science (SAP APO, IBP, Excel, Power BI)Solid analytical & numeracy skillsDeployment of business change programsStrong coaching & training ability on process and system solutions.
