Shipping Operator – Multi-commodities Trading PlayerJoin a global commodities trading firm as part of the Shipping Operations team. We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Operator to support invoicing and operational documentation for worldwide vessel movements.What You Will DoPrepare and issue invoices for shipping services (wet, dry bulk, LPG & LNG charters).Verify billing details against shipping documents (BLs, charter party terms, pricing).Liaise with chartering, operations and finance to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment.Maintain proper invoicing records, handle adjustments/credit notes, and follow up on outstanding payments.Support reporting, cost clearing, voyage journal entries and process improvement initiatives.Assist with KYC, credit/compliance checks and ad-hoc administrative tasks.What We Are Looking ForDiploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Maritime Studies or similar.1–3 years of invoicing experience, ideally in shipping or a trading house.Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail; IMOS/Sedna knowledge is a plus.Able to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
