Come join us!Your Role:As part of our tight-knit, design-forward team, you’ll dive into projects that span everything from custom home design to creative adaptations of existing builder plans. You’ll be hands-on translating client ideas into detailed, permit-ready drawing sets that bring ideas to life. Collaborating closely with other designers and engineers, you’ll help ensure compliance with building codes, zoning bylaws, and, above all, client expectations. This is a place where your ideas are welcomed alongside your initiative and career growth.Your Responsibilities:Create, develop, and modify residential floor plans and refine existing layouts to meet builder and client specifications.Translate design concepts into construction-ready drawings suitable for permitting and builds.Use Revit to maintain consistent drawing standards across projects, ensuring clarity, quality, and visual coherence.Manage multiple drafting projects, prioritizing work based on deadlines and project stage, while balancing quality and speed.Collaborate with designers, engineers and team members to incorporate structural and design feedback.Your Qualifications:Dipolma in Architectural Technologies (or similar Technologist Diploma). Architecture degrees are not currently applicable.Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar role, ideally within residential architecture or custom home design. Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of residential construction and Saskatchewan building practices,Commercial knowledge considered an asset.Proactive, collaborative, and receptive to direction, with a genuine care for producing excellent work.Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.Your Benefits & Extras: Competitive Salary - $60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience and skill level.Flexible Summer Hours - from April to September, enjoy Friday afternoons off by slightly extending your workday Monday through Thursday.Clear Growth Path - opportunities to expand your role as you demonstrate strengths in leadership, design, or project ownership.Team Perks - monthly lunches, casual dress code, and parking allotment to make your day-to-day more enjoyable.Performance Incentives: annual and project-based bonuses to give you options for additional income.Sound like your type of job?
