About the role: They are expanding the team and looking for a dynamic Area Manager to join their tight knit NSW team in driving the future of their brand. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in their growth and success.Position Overview: The Area Manager will be responsible for driving growth, managing key relationships, and expanding the footprint in their area. With a focus on both on- and off-premises customers, the role will involve building strong relationships and driving new product development:·       Deliver sales targets through effective customer negotiations and relationship management·       Increase brand visibility and optimisation of sales opportunities·       Establish, build and maintain strong customer and trade relationships·       Grow distribution within existing customer base·       Manage territory budgets and leverage commercial opportunities ·       Develop territory base by identifying, prospecting and converting new customers·       Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity·       Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts for existing and potential customers·       Maintain an optimum call cycle as agreed with the National Sales Manager·       Hosting wine tastings, promotional events, and participating in wine shows to elevate brand presenceAbout you They are looking for a motivated and ambitious sales professionals with a passion for wine, who is eager to develop and grow in the industry.
